Shipping Policy
We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us via e-mail, info@headsupsts.com, within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the item. Please do not refuse delivery as this may incur additional shipping fees as opposed to simply sending the item back to us for refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Sehat Sporting Goods, LLC considers any item returned to us for any reason to be a return. This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned. Sehat Sporting Goods, LLC is not responsible for any shipper errors or errors made by the customer while completing checkout information at time of purchase. Non-Defective Products are returnable within 30 days of the purchase. Defective products are covered under the one year manufacturer warranty.
All returns are returned at the sender’s expense. All returned products must be in their original condition, with all original packaging. Please allow us up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return to process a credit.
We recommend that all returns be shipped back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, Sehat Sporting Goods, LLC will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. The amount of credit will be for the purchase price of the item(s) returned less the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
